Do my workers have to pay?
No, the app is completely free for them. Only the employer, who sees the time reports, pays the subscription.
Does the app track my worker all the time?
No. Trustmyloc only keeps arrivals and departures at your addresses. No route and no in-between location is stored — neither on the phone nor on our servers.
Does it work when the app is closed?
Yes. Tracking runs in the background using the phone's native location services. Your worker has nothing to launch: they show up to work, their time is counted, that's it.
How does the 30-day trial work?
You download the app, create your manager account, and get a full 30 days to try it out. After that, you're billed through your Apple or Google account. You can cancel anytime.
What if I delete an account or an address?
