How do I download the app?
Trustmyloc is available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Search for “Trustmyloc” or use the buttons on the home page.
My worker can't receive the invitation?
Double-check the email address you entered, and have them look in their spam folder. If the problem persists, write to us with their email address and we'll check on our end.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You cancel directly in the “Subscriptions” settings of the Apple or Google account you subscribed with. Nothing is needed from us.
Does GPS tracking work abroad?
Yes. The app works anywhere your phone gets a GPS signal. No setup changes needed.
Can I export my data?
Monthly reports can be viewed and exported right from the app. For a specific request (full export, data deletion), contact us.
