When am I charged?
You pay nothing for the first 30 days. When the trial ends, your Apple or Google account is charged the amount for your plan. You can cancel anytime from your phone's subscriptions.
Is there a commitment?
No. No commitment, no signup fee, no cancellation penalty. Stop whenever you like.
Do my workers pay anything?
No, never. The app is completely free for them. Only you, the manager, pay for the service.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can switch between the Households and Small businesses plans from your Apple or Google account as your needs change.
What happens if I don't want to continue after the trial?
Nothing. You won't be charged as long as you cancel before the 30 days are up. You can also simply uninstall the app.
Can I get an invoice for my business?
Invoices are issued by Apple or Google depending on your platform. You'll find them in your subscription history.
