Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Trustmyloc account and the associated data. Trustmyloc is operated by EURL TRUSTMYLOC.

How to delete your account

1. From the app (immediate)

  1. Open the Trustmyloc app.
  2. Go to the Menu.
  3. Select “Delete my account”, then confirm.

2. By email

If you no longer have access to the app, email contact@trustmyloc.com from your account's email address, with the subject Account deletion. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account (email address, first and last name);
  • Your tracked addresses;
  • Your presence events (timestamped arrivals and departures);
  • Your push notification token.

What may be retained

  • Billing records required by applicable accounting and tax laws, kept for the period required by law;
  • Diagnostic logs, automatically deleted after about 90 days.

If you are a worker, you can also ask, at any time, for your tracking data held in your manager's account to be deleted.
